Terms of ordering
The short version of how ordering from us works.
Ordering
When you place an order on chicagopizzairving.com you are buying from Chicago Pizza & Pasta, 2810 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75062. Prices on the site are the prices you pay, plus sales tax and, for delivery, the delivery fee shown before you pay.
Times
Pickup orders are usually ready in 20 to 35 minutes; the Chicago Pie takes about 30 minutes in the oven. Delivery usually arrives 50 to 65 minutes after you order. These are estimates, not promises. We take online orders during our opening hours only.
Delivery
Deliveries are carried by DoorDash within about 5 miles of the restaurant. The fee is shown before you pay. Please give an address a driver can reach and a phone number you will answer. If a driver cannot reach you, the order may be returned and is not refunded.
Changes and cancellations
Call (972) 600-9233 as soon as possible. Once an order is in the oven it cannot be cancelled. A delivery order that is already with DoorDash cannot be cancelled.
Problems with an order
If something is missing or wrong, call us the same day and we will make it right with a remake, a credit or a refund, at our choice. Keep the receipt.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and shellfish. Gluten free crust is made in the same kitchen. Tell us about an allergy in the kitchen note or by phone; we will do our best but cannot guarantee zero contact.
Halal
Every meat item we serve is halal and there is no pork on the premises. Our beef, chicken and lamb come from halal suppliers.
Accounts and offers
An account is for your own use. Offers and points, when we run them, have their own conditions shown at the time. We may end or change a programme with notice on this site.
