How catering works here

Call us or send an email with your headcount, the date and the time you need it on the table. We will come back with a plan and a price. There is no form to fill out and no minimum order to hit before we will talk to you, though for planning purposes the minimum we quote at is [CATERING MINIMUM].

For anything over about twenty people, give us 24 hours. For Chicago Pies specifically, give us a little more, because each one holds an oven slot for thirty minutes and we cannot run twenty of them at once during a lunch rush.

What travels well

• Pasta trays. The Family Style Pasta tray feeds 3 to 4 on its own and stacks cleanly for a group.
• Large and x-large pizzas. Cut into squares for a standing crowd, wedges for a seated one. Tell us which.
• Wings by the 18. Pick two flavors so nobody is stuck with heat they did not want.
• Salads and garlic bread to round out a lunch without adding another hot item.
• The dessert case. Tiramisu, tres leches and cheesecake all hold for a couple of hours.

Why halal catering matters for a mixed office

An all halal kitchen solves the hardest problem in office catering: one order everybody can eat. No separate tray, no label reading, no colleague quietly eating the salad. Our pepperoni is beef, our bacon is turkey and there is no pork on site, so the whole spread is safe for a Muslim team and identical for everyone else.
