The Chicago Pie is a double crust pizza baked in a deep pan, with the sauce ladled over the top. It bakes for 30 minutes. The 12 inch is $25.00 and the 14 inch is $29.00.
What a Chicago pie is
Dough is pressed up the walls of a deep steel pan. Cheese goes in first, straight onto the dough. Toppings go on the cheese. A second sheet of dough covers the whole thing. The sauce is ladled on top of that dough, not under it. The pie bakes for about 30 minutes.
Sauce on top lets the sauce roast instead of steaming the crust. Cheese on the bottom keeps it from drying out. The second sheet of dough is what makes it a Chicago pie and not a thick pizza.
Why it takes 30 minutes
A hand tossed 14 inch is out of the oven in under 10 minutes. The Chicago Pie is much heavier and it has a sealed top, so the heat has to reach the middle. Taken out early, the center is raw.
Order the Chicago Pie first, before the rest of your order. Call us if you need it at a set time. When the kitchen is full, 30 minutes can become 40.
Halal meat
Our pepperoni is beef pepperoni. Our Italian sausage is beef sausage. Our bacon is turkey bacon. Every cut of chicken, beef and lamb is halal. There is no pork in the building.

Topping and crust prices
- On the Chicago Pie, meat toppings are $1.99 and cheese or vegetable toppings are $1.49.
- On hand tossed and deep dish crust pizzas, any topping is $1.00 and shrimp is $2.00.
- Deep dish crust on a regular pizza: small $1, medium $2, large $3, x-large $4. There is no mini deep dish crust.
- Gluten free shell is available in 10 inch only, add $2.00. Thin crust is not offered.
- Half and half is charged the same as a whole pizza.
Is the Chicago Pie a deep dish pizza?
Yes. It is our Chicago style deep dish: dough up the walls of a deep steel pan, cheese and toppings, a second sheet of dough, sauce on top, about 30 minutes in the oven. We call it the Chicago Pie because our regular pizzas can also be ordered on a deep dish crust, and that is a different thing.
It is halal like everything else here, it is ready for pickup on MacArthur Blvd or delivered for $7 across Irving and most of Las Colinas, and you can order one until 4 AM, Sundays included.
